Free Kitchen Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Available to clients who purchase a set design granny flat, where the initial enquiry or lead was generated at the Brisbane Home Show 2026.

1. Eligibility

• Offer applies to selected set design granny flat packages only.
• Contract must be signed within 6 months from the end of the Brisbane Home Show 2026 (Last eligible date 8 Sept 2026) 

2. Fixed Appliance Package

Includes:

• 60cm cooktop
• 60cm oven
• Slide-out rangehood

3. Kitchen Inclusions

• Cabinetry in White Gloss or White Shaker profile (subject to confirmation)
• Laminate benchtops
• Standard splashback (specified product range)

4. Fixtures & Finishes

• Fixtures and finishes must be selected from the standard package range.
• Upgrades to benchtops and splashbacks are available at additional cost.

5. Supplier Condition

• The free kitchen must be supplied exclusively by Builders Discount Warehouse.
• Clients cannot nominate or substitute an alternative kitchen supplier.

6. Exclusions

The following items are not included:

• Dishwasher
• Refrigerator
