 A Modpacs granny flat is a modern secondary dwelling built using our patented modular panel system. The homes are precision manufactured and assembled on-site, delivering high-quality construction, faster build times, and exceptional energy efficiency. 

How long does it take to build a granny flat?

Modpacs granny flats can be installed and assembled significantly faster than traditional construction. Because Modpacs panels are manufactured in Brisbane, they can typically be delivered to site within around 2 weeks after deposit, helping to accelerate the construction timeline. While overall project timeframes still depend on approvals and site conditions, many projects are completed within 8–12 weeks from site start. 

How much does a granny flat cost?

 Pricing depends on several factors including design, site conditions, access, and service connections.

Are Modpacs homes council compliant?

Yes. Modpacs homes are designed to comply with the National Construction Code (NCC) and applicable Australian Standards.
